We made a mini-sized cutting board using small pieces of wood.
This is Mizumezakura (Japanese birch), which has fine grain and a vibrant vermilion color.

Mini sizes are made with a width of 170mm or less and a length of 240mm or less.

It's compact and won't get in the way, so you can use it as a cutting board for camping or other outdoor activities, or even as a plate.

Material: Mizumezakura (Japanese birch)
Finish: Coated with perilla oil

We will reapply the finish before delivery, so there may be a slight scent of perilla oil remaining.
If this is a concern, please rinse with lukewarm water before use to remove the scent.


After use, always wipe dry after washing and store in a place where it can dry easily.
Do not put it in a dryer, as it may crack.
As the oil wears off and the surface becomes dry over time, occasionally apply perilla oil, olive oil, or similar, then wipe clean before use.

Bulk purchases of mini cutting boards are possible for approximately 3-4 pieces.
